We are now looking for an IT Engineer!
Join our team as an IT Engineer at Arrowhead Game Studios and become a vital part of our mission to create groundbreaking gaming experiences. As an IT Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure to support our game development teams. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise while contributing to the success of our organization.
Who you are;
A versatile generalist with proven experience as an IT Engineer, preferably in the gaming industry.
You have relevant experience in the field
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues
Experienced with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as network maintenance and troubleshooting.
Knowledgeable about virtualization technologies and industry-standard security practices.
Possess excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities in both Swedish and English
Nice to have
Industry certifications like CompTIA A+, CCNA, or MCSE.
Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH.
Previous experience managing IT infrastructure in the gaming or entertainment industry.
Exposure to project management methodologies and tools.
What you'll do;
Oversee the day-to-day management and troubleshooting of our IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations
Support and maintain software applications for various departments.
Collaborate with teams to identify process automation opportunities and system improvements.
Manage user accounts and permissions, providing technical assistance as needed.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Assist with hardware and software procurement and installation.
Promote security awareness and contribute to IT security initiatives.

Practical information
Scope: Full-time: 40 hours per week (there will also be occasional on-call responsibilities) with initial 6 month probation period.
Location: Office first, hybrid solution possible. You need to be eligible to work in Sweden.
We are a pet friendly office! You can expect to find dogs and occasionally some cats around.
