iOS and Android Mobile App Developer at Minut
We're seeking a curious iOS and/or Android developer eager to learn and expand their knowledge. You will be a valuable member of a team that delivers both an iOS and Android application. While you might initially focus on a single platform, we encourage you to learn and code for both iOS and Android.
The mobile apps team is a close-knit autonomous team responsible for the entire mobile app lifecycle, from architecture and development to testing and operations. We collaborate closely with the product team in UX/UI and technical discussions. We strive to leverage modern technology to help us efficiently build stable and feature-rich applications. Our team focuses on collaboration and supporting each other, which we believe is essential for our team’s success. We value learning and personal development and continuously learn from each other's experiences.
Being part of a startup means you’ll get to tackle a wide range of interesting and complex problems. You’ll collaborate closely with a product team working on everything from the sensor hardware, to cloud-based machine learning models and user-facing frontend applications, all with a focus on creating a seamless experience.
Who you are
You have 2-3 years of experience building iOS/Android apps or a technical degree from a university, but your primary focus is to continue honing your skills in this area.
You want to be part of a team where the entire technology stack, from hardware to apps, is developed in-house, and you interact with everyone involved.
You're curious and enjoy engaging in technical discussions.
You’re eager to work in a collaborative, agile development team.
You thrive on the challenge of maintaining high-quality work while ensuring efficiency and speed.
Experience with source code versioning (git).
You are comfortable with both reviewing code and having your work reviewed.
Effective communication skills in English are required, but Swedish language skills are not necessary.
What you’ll do
Write native Swift and Kotlin code for the Minut mobile apps
Participate in UX/UI discussions when building features
Engage in technical discussions with the broader product team
Test the mobile apps
Stay up to date and build our apps with the latest technology
Be a part of making our startup company successful
