Full-stack engineer - React, .Net & AWS

Scania is going through exciting growth and it is time for yet another software engineer to join our team of cloud experts. Scania Connected Systems is building the IoT platform for Scania’s fleet of electrified and autonomous vehicles. We go end-to-end from on- board edge intelligence through to advanced analytics and everything in-between. Connected System has worked hard in the past years and we have now completed the first stage of our cloud journey. Now it is time to leverage the cloud to deliver rapid implementations toward a fully electrified and autonomous heavy transport industry. About The Role You will play a leading role in designing, building, and running our troubleshooting and diagnostic frameworks and functions of the IoT platform. We are based in Södertälje near the Syd train station with a company bus service. We have flexible work hours and work-from- home possibilities. We drive a 10-week SAFe release train and scrum teams consisting of about 5 to 9 members. Our motto is; You build it, you run it! – Automate everything!!! You have at least +5 years experience of software development within React, C#, .net and Python. In addition, it is a merit if you also have cloud development experience (AWS/Azure/GoogleCloud). A strong focus on micro-services architecture and a DevOps culture!! Your principled approach to IoT and cloud architectures drives your technical energy toward high-quality micro-service solutions. To hit the ground running you will utilize your strong experience as a full stack developer. You will need to demonstrate your solid experience with cloud-based, networked, application development. We’re looking for an energetic engineer with the desire to explore a driving seat in Scania’s shift toward sustainable transport.
