About The Team
At Avanade we are divided into several Practices and the Software Engineering Practice is where you will join! Our local team in Sweden currently consists of 45+ community members from various background, competencies and level of experience. Our areas of expertise span through many skill sets including but not limited to Full-stack, Front-, Back-end developers, Application Architects, Business Analyst, Scrum Masters and Design Thinkers which enables us to cover and deliver all parts of modern application development focusing on .NET development and Azure services following DevOps principles. When we want to get to the details in our area of competence, we organize in smaller groups we call Role Families to get the knowledge sharing going and to explore new technology and industries applicable to our skill.
Occasionally we collaborate with members from other Practices, in example the Infrastructure Practice and the Analytics Practice. This opens for a lot of learning and development opportunities within other areas as well as our own. The Practice is where you will belong and we focus on the people, sharing our knowledge and success while having fun together, this is done regularly in team meetups in the office as well as online.

What you'll do
Analyze, design, develop, implement and maintain application code in a variety of contexts
Use .NET and Azure ecosystem to build scalable applications which power modern framework-driven web apps.
Build and automate the features and services that model complex business problems, power enterprise-scale systems and drive innovative user experiences
Implement APIs and Microservices through database design, data access and ORMs and consume said APIs to build feature-rich applications
Develop scalable and cloud-based solutions, with consideration to security and performance
Harness modern development and Azure DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, automated testing
Skills And Experiences
Programming: C# / .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript
Service Development: building web applications and web APIs using ASP.Net and cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Cloud: Azure and others
Database: (worked with one or more of) SQL Server, Azure SQL, Entity Framework
Design & Style: HTML5, Responsive/Adaptive Design, CSS3, Bootstrap
Frameworks: (Worked with one or more of) Angular, React, NodeJS, Vue.js, or equivalent JavaScript
DevOps: Git, Azure DevOps
Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
